Questions about paying
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in the app's settings; you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, then you fall back to Free. No notice period.
What exactly is the Trip Pass?
A one-off payment of €14.99 for 90 days of every Explorer feature, with no subscription. Handy if you only travel once a year and don't want a recurring charge.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, every amount shown includes VAT. Every payment produces an invoice with VAT broken out.
How do I pay?
Through Mollie: iDEAL, card, and most other common payment methods. Travelwind itself never stores payment details.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time. A new plan replaces the running one as soon as the first payment arrives.
