Everything a travel agenda should do — and the things other agendas forget
Travelwind is built around three problems every traveller knows: time zones that stop lining up, a destination that calls for different information, and a network that drops out at exactly the wrong moment.
Day agenda with time blocks
A grid per day, with the clock running alongside it. Overlapping activities line up next to each other automatically, just like a regular calendar app — but built for the road.
Time zones that add up
An activity is stored as a date, time and time zone — not one absolute timestamp. A departure time at home stays home time, even once the rest of your agenda is in your destination's time zone. An end time after midnight simply becomes one block.
Country packs
A trip's destination picks the theme, categories, routing mode (transit or bicycle) and a set of country-specific fields. An English-speaking user can plan the Netherlands; a Dutch user can plan Japan — the app's language is independent of that.
"Nearby"
One button locates you and searches OpenStreetMap, Wikipedia, Open-Meteo and Nominatim at once. You get real places with distance, walking time, opening hours and the weather — optionally explained by a language model that can only pick from that list, so it never invents anything.
Share trips
Create an invitation link with a role: view only, or edit too. Companions log in and land straight in the same trip, with the same agenda.
Works offline
The last days you loaded stay visible without coverage. Travelwind is a PWA: add it to your home screen and it opens just like a regular app, with its own icon per country.
Budget at a glance
Cost per activity, converted automatically to your home currency at the rate you set yourself.
Export and import
One JSON file with the whole trip: a backup before you leave, or a way to share your plan with someone outside Travelwind.
And beyond that
No ads, no trackers following you around
