Terms of use — Travelwind
Last updated: September 5, 2026
These terms apply to using Travelwind. By creating an account you agree to them.
1 The service
Travelwind is a web application for planning trips: a day agenda with time blocks, with support for time zones, country-specific fields, sharing trips, and optional advice from a language model. Travelwind may be changed, extended, or (on a free plan) limited from time to time.
2 Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens through your account. Register only with your own, valid email address. Travelwind may suspend an account for abuse or a serious breach of these terms.
3 Plans and payment
The free plan is free of charge and stays that way, within the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly, yearly, or once (the Trip Pass). Prices include VAT. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel; cancelling is possible at any time in the app's settings and takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. No automatic refund is given for the remaining days of a running period, unless the law requires it.
4 Right of withdrawal
For a digital service you can use right after purchase, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal lapses once you agree to immediate performance and start using the service. If in doubt, or if you'd like a refund, just get in touch — we look at it generously.
5 Your content
The trips, days and activities you enter remain yours. Travelwind uses them only to deliver the service (including the optional language-model advice) and never shares them with third parties for its own purposes.
6 Availability
Travelwind does its best to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, an outage at a third party (such as Mollie or a map service), or force majeure may temporarily limit the service.
7 Liability
Travelwind is not liable for damage arising from travelling based on information from the app (addresses, opening hours, routes, or language-model advice) — always verify important details at the source. To the extent the law allows, Travelwind's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.
8 Changes
These terms may be updated; for a material change, existing users are informed by email before it takes effect.
9 Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands.
